There was an incident on Sendbird chat service.

When:
6:03PM ~ 6:20 PM KST, Jan 08, 2021

Impact:
Customers in the ap-2 region may have experienced chat service failures during that time.

Possible cause:
One of the chat instances in ap-2 didn’t work properly while internal maintenance.

Next step:
Rollbacked the instance immediately, the system backs to normal at 6:20 PM KST.
