Summary: Increased API errors When: 4:46 - 5:23a KST July 23 (12:46 - 1:23p PDT July 22; 7:46 - 8:23p GMT July 22) Impact: Increased API errors for all requests Cause: TBD pending further investigation. Scheduled maintenance to upgrade an internal component required a rollback due to an unexpected issue. Issues were identified post-rollback which subsequently required further remediation. Remediation: Scheduled upgrade was rollbacked and all instances were recycled at which point services were fully restored.
